**How does it work?**

**Acquire CAF tokens**

In order to insure your crypto portfolio, you simply need to purchase one of the packages above and provide the required liquidity on Pancakeswap. Any policyholder can submit a claim, as long as they have staked their LP-Token. If a user decides to unstake his LP-Token during the insurance period, he is not eligible to submit a claim.

**Insurance will be enabled 7 days after purchase.**\

In order to process the insurance claim, you will need to create a proposal on our Voting Platform with your registered wallet.

**Submit Request**

If your crypto portfolio has suffered losses due to scams, significant drops in value, or stolen funds (such as from an exchange shutdown), we're here to help you recover those losses according to the plan you choose. If you've been affected by any of these scenarios, please open a support ticket on our Voting Platform and provide the following information:<br>

**Title: Osiris Shield Case**

1. Name of the crypto coin/token with the links to Coinmarketcap
2. Your Affected wallet address
3. Date of the incident
4. Your email and/or Telegram ID (If you don’t want to share this information, contact the costumer support)
5. Additional information

Kindly allow our community members 3-7 business days to review your request and determine the best course of action (including investigation, if needed). Once the review is complete, we'll create a ticket on our Voting Platform summarizing the insurance claim, along with a link to the original request. Please note that any $CAF token holder can participate in voting for the insurance claim.<br>

**Receive Payment**

The Cairo Finance Community is committed to processing your insurance claim with diligence. If your claim is approved, you'll receive a transfer of $CAF tokens from the community vault to your wallet for the amount covered by your active insurance policy/policies.
